By registering or using the Manora platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Manora provides an online catalog system where merchants can display products and configure options. End-customers can build a shopping cart and send the order details directly to the merchant's WhatsApp number. Manora does not process or take commission on transactions between merchants and their customers.
Merchants are solely responsible for the content of their catalogs (images, description, options), pricing accuracy, shipping logistics, tax compliance, and payment settlement. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable Brazilian laws.
We offer a free plan with product limits and a paid subscription plan (Pro) with unlimited resources. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
Manora provides the service on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any transaction disputes, delivery failures, or interruptions in messaging services. We do not act as a payment processor or escrow agent.
